Don’t go soft and floppy.   Hair which is in great condition feels silky smooth, and has a fantastic natural sheen.  Using a conditioning treatment at least once a week will certainly pack in the moisture, no matter what time of year.  However, it would be best to apply your treatment a couple of days before your big night out – hair which is too soft can be difficult to style.

Big is beautiful.  If you have straight hair, make sure you get plenty of volume in at the roots – you never see a Hollywood starlet with flat hair, and it is this volume with gives them that sexy look.  After you have dried your hair, apply Rock Rollers (Jumbo Heated Velcro Rollers) around the crown area, spray with hairspray, and leave to cool.  As you remove the rollers, very gently run your straightening irons through the mid length

s to the ends, to give the smooth polished look without flattening.

Curl up together.  Curls and waves are still one of the hottest looks around.  The easiest way to create curls or waves is to wrap section of hair spirally round the barrel of your Magic Wand, hold for a couple of seconds, and then gently release.  When all of your hair is curled, run your fingers through using a shine serum to help eliminate frizz and define the waves, leaving a soft and sexy result

Head turner.  You need to shine if you are going to turn heads.   However, some gloss sprays are heavy and greasy and can kill your style.  Instead of spraying them directly onto the hair, spray a little into the air, and walk under to gently caress your hair with a shimmering shine.

Stuck together.  Avoid using too many styling products on your hair.  There is nothing sexier then hair which moves with you.

Fake it.  Everyone fakes it now and again.  If you want to follow the celeb trend and have long locks for a night, clip in extensions are perfect.  Make sure you grip them in firmly into place to avoid any embarrassment when he runs his fingers through your hair…
